with ingredients provided by Plan B Farms, Buttrum's Farm and Dilly's

$20 Prix Fixe Dinner

A choice of Soup du Jour or Hummus and Vegetable plate using Plan B Farms
with
Pasta with veggies in a garlic parmesan cream sauce or pesto with optional Chicken using Buttrum's Farm products

and

Fall Fruit Crisp with Premium Hewitt's Dairy Ice Cream

B&R offers catering with a difference by offering ethical & environmentally sound food and service.

As in the cafe, our catering specializes in organic local & seasonal food & baked goods; Fair-Trade on-site roasted coffee, tea & other beverages.

There is no set menu or pricing, as we want to work with the individual(s) to create something that is unique to them & the event they are doing.

We work within the budget of our client, and all our disposables are bio-degradable & thus green friendly.

We offer a few styles of services; Buffet, Family Platter, or plated.

Liquor licensing is available depending on event.

We will cater on-site or off-site, from formal events like weddings to informal events like BBQ's or parties.

About The Sky Dragon Centre

The Sky Dragon Community Development Co-operative is a non-profit worker-coop dedicated to the goals of progressive social and environmental change.

We've created a multi-use community centre in downtown Hamilton where people can explore their individual and collective power for change.

We facilitate this process by providing environmentally and socially-conscious consumer and life-style alternatives, by strengthening the local economy, by raising awareness of social and ecological issues, and by facilitating direct democratic participation and community activism.
